Shipping Charges - When orders are placed online shipping charges are determined first followed by customer being sent a quotation and being advised of the exact shipping cost by email giving final approval before order is processed or credit card charged.

We strive always shipping goods with the lowest cost option to all points across the USA by ground or air which ever you choose. Cost and method most often depends on the urgency of goods being received at specific times which we can in most cases accommodate.

If there is a specific date and time the merchandise ordered must be received it's to be stated in the order or by email notification.

Shipping Delivery – It is incumbent of the customer to fully inspect the shipment when it arrives noting any damage on the bill of lading and making sure the driver is aware of 
the problem. Images need being taken of the actual damage of the cartons, pallets or merchandise received within 48 hours of delivery. Any problem’s need being reported within 
48 hours of delivery and returns have 30 days from receipt of goods with a return authorization. Returned items and are subject to a 25% re-stocking fee and items must be in their 
original cartons.
